The relationship between ImiLai, LLC and merchants using its agent, studios and commerce tools.

Agreement and account
These terms govern the website and services of ImiLai, LLC. You must be an adult with authority to represent the business you register. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting credentials and managing team permissions. Report suspected unauthorized use. A written agreement for a specific service prevails over conflicting terms for that service, subject to mandatory law.
Service and scope
ImiLai provides conversational-commerce tools for North Africa: product knowledge, sales assistance, conversations, orders, delivery with payment-on-delivery tracking, and independent image, video, voice, advertising, script, virtual try-on and sales-page design studios. You select integrations and automation settings and review content. Availability of multiple tools does not imply automatic integration or campaign publication on your behalf.
Merchant responsibilities
You are the seller and remain responsible for materials, origin, benefits, prices, inventory, claims, shipping, exchanges, returns, warranties and mandatory customer rights. Review product knowledge before approval and keep it updated. ImiLai does not sell, deliver or collect payment for your products from buyers; you or your chosen providers perform those activities. Order confirmation alone is not proof of delivery and payment.
Agent decisions and human handoff
The agent uses available data, policies and context, including analysis of ads linked to products. AI inferences and outputs may be inaccurate, so you must supervise settings and results. If policy does not cover a complaint or exchange, a case may be referred to a specialist instead of making an unauthorized commercial decision. Your team handles referrals and customer contact. The platform does not guarantee sales growth, customer acceptance or carrier performance.
Plans, credits and billing questions
The pricing and purchase screens specify the plan, currency, duration, credits and quoted operation cost before confirmation. Image, video and voice costs vary by settings and billing unit. Review the quote before running an operation. For a failed operation or disputed debit, send the operation reference for review and any correction due. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund completed usage; refund requests follow the purchase offer, applicable agreement and mandatory rights. This page does not change catalog figures or grant credits.
Content, rights and permissions
You retain your rights in uploaded content and authorize the hosting, processing, display to authorized users and requested generation needed to provide the service. You must hold the necessary trademark, image, video and voice rights and personal permissions for generation, cloning or virtual try-on. Outputs may not be unique or exclusively protectable; review them before commercial use. Platform, logo and code rights remain with their owners. Do not suggest endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Acceptable use and channels
Do not use the service for fraud, deception, impersonation, spam, privacy or rights violations, or unlawful products and content. Do not bypass safeguards, access another store’s data or misuse integrations. You are responsible for channel permissions, customer consents and channel rules. External capabilities may change or stop; naming a technology provider does not imply endorsement or membership in its startup program.
Privacy and confidentiality
The privacy policy describes data, purposes, providers and rights requests. Customer data is processed under lawful merchant instructions; platform access does not authorize publication. Protect credentials, customer data and nonpublic content. Contact us before sending data that requires a specific data-processing agreement or residency arrangement.
Availability and liability
The service, outputs and external services may experience interruptions or errors. Do not rely solely on AI for legal or financial decisions or sensitive product claims. ImiLai does not promise a specific commercial outcome. Legally permitted liability limits and exclusions do not remove mandatory rights or liability that cannot be excluded. Any specific service level or compensation cap requires a written agreement defining its scope.
Suspension, termination and changes
You may request account closure or discuss plan cancellation through official contact channels. Access may be restricted for security risks, violations or unpaid amounts, with appropriate notice where permitted. Handling a request does not erase prior obligations or records that must be retained. Material changes are announced with notice and consent where required. Closing a platform account does not cancel your obligations to buyers.
Disputes and mandatory rights
First send the company a description and relevant references so the issue can be addressed. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a general waiver of consumer or data-protection rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant written agreement and jurisdiction and conflict-of-law rules, preserving mandatory protections in the affected person’s country. Customers retain their rights against merchants.
